Robert Abend is a state registered electrical engineer. He has an extensive background managing engineering hardware and software design activities. Mr. Abend also has experience directing manufacturing operations, primarily in the areas of integrated circuit development, test, burn-in, wafer probe, data processing, and computer internetwork design. He developed several manufacturing facilities including power and grounding systems. 

Mr. Abend is also experienced in the implementation of modern manufacturing quality control methods and has years of experience with forensic analysis.
