Domestic Violence in Close Quarters During COVID-19 - Resources for Victims and Wrongfully Accused

This presentation will focus on properly handling domestic violence issues and safety plans for victims in our brave new world, with discussion of “shelter in place orders,” exceptions and safety plans for victims of domestic violence. The program also includes the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the wrongfully accused, and practical pointers for successful virtual domestic violence litigation.
