The Free Speech Clause is being used by corporate and right wing interests to undermine progressive efforts in areas such as Campaign Finance Reform (Citizens United), Reproductive Rights (NIFLA v. Becerra), Consumer Protection (Sorrell v. IMS Health) and Labor (Janus).
