Speakers:

Ms. Sarah Jo Hamilton is a partner in the firm of Scalise Hamilton & Sheridan LLP in Scarsdale, New York.  The firm focuses its practice on the representation of professionals in professional responsibility and ethics matters and white-collar criminal matters.  Ms. Hamilton is the Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Professional Discipline and in 2015 was appointed to the Statewide Commission on Attorney Discipline.  .
Mr. Richard Maltz is counsel to the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Group of Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein & Selz P.C.  With more than 23 years of experience in the professional responsibility field, he is one of New York State’s leading practitioners in the field of legal ethics and professional responsibility, representing law graduates seeking admission, lawyers and law firms in a wide variety of disciplinary matters, litigation, fee disputes and law firm disputes.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Committee on Professional Discipline and is currently Co-Chair of the New York County Lawyers’ Ethics Committee.
