Using a lively, interactive format, Ethical Issues in Pro Bono Representation 2014 will examine everyday issues of ethics and professional responsibility in pro bono and public interest practice.

  • Unauthorized practice of law (either by misusing non-lawyer assistants or by practicing outside one's ,own jurisdiction)
  • Limited scope representation
