Proactive Compliance with the NLRB - May 16, 2023

The NLRB is Evolving...Is Labor & Technology on a Collision Course, and Are You Ready?"

Sponsored by Today's General Counsel and iDiscovery Solutions

In recent months the NLRB has made it clear they are thinking beyond interviews and a box of responsive documents. As recently discussed at the ABA NLRA Midwinter meeting, the NLRB has intentionally updated the scope of their requests to include electronically stored information (ESI) which has introduced a new set of obstacles for companies.

Therefore, companies need to be proactive with meeting new compliance regulations starting with asking these three questions:

- How do you define the purpose and scope of implementation?
- What policies (e.g., retention) and access controls are in play?
- What notice and disclosure has been made?

Join the webinar, "The NLRB is Evolving...Is Labor & Technology on a Collision Course, and Are You Ready?" to ensure you understand the evolving landscape of NLRB investigations and that your company has the processes & practices in place to meet them.
